Yes in theory you should shop around, but that's a lot of work and often times you may end up with 3 equally mediocre results - or you could ask someone who has already done that.Problem with lenders is that you can olny shop rates and maybe fees, you can't shop for performance. 

@Hadi Hidou Experian the credit score company offers their service of Credit Boost which allows for things like your electric bill and your cell phone bill and some other things you pay monthly to count toward your credit score to raise it assuming you pay these on time and can quickly boost your credit score between 10-50 points so the advertising claims.

Myself, I have almost 3 decades in the housing industry professionally, I have performed at the highest level of skill, licensure and quality in literally every single aspect of real estate from point of raw land planning and development, building design, build, renovation, remediation, inspection, investing, contracts, negotiations, deal engineering etc etc, I am ridiculously over-the-top experienced and qualified and that is why clients go with myself AND my team, it's not my beautiful Shrek like smile, it's my beautiful brain and decades of knowledge and performance because they know any issue that could come up, I have probably dealt with it 18 times before if not 180 and I can solve it.

You cannot just decide you want a price reduction for no reason.The repairs called out by the appraiser will need to be completed and another visit from the appraiser will happen to confirm their completion.Typically the seller performs those repairs.
