These are all questions that I need to answer and account for before I start trying to predict what is going to happen to the market.Lastly, the individuals giving you advice probably have their entire life savings tied up in the stock market. 

Many don't have that DP assistance. 

Thanks @Jay Hinrichs for sharing your knowledge, experiences and perspective,  its definitely not something to take lightly and should seek qualified legal counsel for each individual case. 

Also, as each of these containers needs to be shipped in individually (one per truck) that unless you're going to a local or regional supplier, the transportation costs will be substantial.I hope this helps.Scott

The business attorney can assist with your business structure should you need one and the real estate attorney can assist with contractual matters.

I typically like to take title via Land trusts and have the beneficial interest go to the LLC ...is it better to have the beneficial interest go to individual instead of my LLC that holds the rentals?
