Doesn't understand technology or have a smart phone?

There are plenty of ways to secure off-market deals, and taking advantage of technology is one of them.

New technology is counterintuitive in that it would seem to replace jobs when in fact historically new technology has alwys created jobs.

I mean, if you want to do it right and have great internet, furniture, certainly comfortable chairs, and build-out for conference room option, private office options, kitchen area, proper technology, etc.
