I have a few properties in my area that are abandoned and vacant, is there a website or App that I can look on to find out who owns the properties.

With any app, there are difficulties in getting the correct data of course not to mention updating that data. 

Using your app on the phone run your numbers and input that as a misc expense.

Sometimes I can't help my mind from running 100 miles an hour right before bed, so I turn to an app that narrates "wandering stories".

The software is pretty basic but gives you what you need; total coin revenue, total app revenue and # of transactions.

Hearing your stories has also been an invaluable source of guidance.Action - In regards to wholesaling, I've begun driving neighborhoods and am also familiarizing myself with tools, like the DealMachine app (was recommended) I've had conversations with a few professionals through BP about wholesaling as a starting point as well(feedback?).

I'm considering downloading the DealMachine app and adding a 'driver' to it.

You'd be surprised how many agents take 10 subpar cell phone pictures and have terrible listing descriptions that read as if a 14 year old wrote it.
