I'm brand spankin' new!  

I am brand new to RE investing, however I have been motivated motivated and extremely excited about starting a REI portfolio.

I am a brand new investor, ready to make my first deal.  

I think this is because there are a ton of brand new homes on the market that are competing with the other inventory in the North Stafford area.

Since the LLC is brand new and doesn't have any credit history or tax returns, do they look at the income/debt and credit the same way they look at a residential loan?

The exception to that is oftentimes when a market is brand new for turnkeys (at least brand new in terms of being known) and you are willing to jump in quick.

Hello, brand new to this site...I have four properties which all have mortgages...is there any way to be creative to sell these as an owner financing to the present tenants??

I work full time at the moment for the Cleveland Clinic in our brand new Cancer Center (pretty interesting place to work).

We aren't floating it, because we never touch it.The longer payment times over the past few months were caused by our new payments partner, and what we all agree was an over-cautious approach to risk management as the dust settled on our brand new system.
