You can fix the grading around the property to assist with lessening the leak, but of course that won't be free and with the weather getting ready to change it would be something to considerSo if you need to replace your furnace, look at about $700 bucks to purchase and install, better to be safe than sorry especially when the winter hits..Now what you can do is risk it, see if it works and sign up with DTE for their Monthly core protection plan at about 16 bucks a month, if the furnace goes out and they can't fix it they replace it. you could save some money there.

The official definition states that, “residential property may not consist of more than four family units and one business unit except in the case of certain joint loans.”What this means is that a homebuyer may use a VA Loan on a multi-family unit, as long as the homebuyer occupies 25 percent of the unit as their primary residence.I don't know anything about the San Diego market, but I am jealous about the weather!

I suggest getting the wireless "weather station" remote thermometers, putting the "outside" sensor in each apartment (one per) so you can see downstairs what temp each apartment is.
