I recently read that the CDC said masks are a detriment (build up of spores, fungi and bacteria) unless it is washed daily and I know for sure most people don't wash their masks every day.

A lot of states wash the title clean at auction.

it say we harassing them because my mom went inside to go to the yard when they are not at home and went inside their home to receive payment without their permission and saying we throw away their mails/letter and telling them not to use the washing machine/ drying machine after 7pm and saying we making noise after 10pm. they also say we refused payment because my mom don't know whats a cashier check because they always give cash to her and all of a sudden they give her a cashier check and my mom don't know whats that so she refused.

I have seen brokers in here say so many agents wash out with low income, and don't even make any income in their first year--so balance that out.But I'm not a broker and maybe some brokers could elucidate this better.Maybe that is only in some markets I don't know.But stands to reason that some people might avoid you because you drive an old beat up truck vs a more mainstream vehicle.Will these be potential customers I don't know.I am not actually weighing in on this because I am not a broker, and I am far from an average home buyer (who would probably be your customer).I'm just applying what seems like common sense, and be sure to consider the REALITIES of the income stream for starter Realtors.Maybe you could rent a vehicle for crucial times when you want to make that Great Impression.Who would YOU choose to list your home for sale (see pic below):

For example i have a property where PITI is 1607 but rents are 2350, and it shows up as a wash on my DTI. 

Whatever your accountant saved you is likely washed from needing to go this route.

Depending on the state, usually the taxes are a wash as it's prorated, then when you sell same day it's prorated and again a wash.
