@Brandon Turnerpretty much "don't ask,don't tell"its very common here in bay area, have seen many sfr converted to mf, duplex or another house built in backyard (as a inlaw unit ) actually for rental purpose.Anyway, be careful about your killer dance moves, that can definitely be a ticket to the jail
