@Joe Gore - since you are already getting access to this info in a more timely manner, and you see the interest in getting skip trace - have you considered doing that as a sideline extra stream of income?

Can someone build a sustainable stream of income to last 20, 30 or 40 years in 2-3 years when starting out with no financial resources or experience?
