The city inspectors will crawl up your butt and pull a sofa in with them so they can stretch out and relax.

Hey there and happy holidays from Florida!

If rent is not paid by the 5th, the next day on the 6th we add a 10% late fee (given the 5th is not a Sunday or holiday). this would allow me to come by on the evening of the 5th on my schedule (I work a full time job as well) and collect my checks, and if they are not in the box I can tape a notice informing of the fees as well. what are everyone's thoughts on this process. 2.)

As I've predicted, the state law is becoming more relaxed, and cities' laws are getting more restrictive. 

(But I don't recommend using too much of it on holidays to Las Vegas or Reno).

Don’t think there is a meeting this month due to Memorial Day holiday though.

I am getting some numbers together over the holidays to see if I want to take the plunge and build a 2 or 4plex even with a modest projected outcome.

I let him stay over the holidays, supposedly it was 1 or 2 weeks, and it ended up 3 RVs and I even got a pre-citation warning from the Planning Department, not to operate an unpermitted park.
