New House Hacker - Taxes & CPA Help in Palm Beach County FL

Hey there and happy holidays from Florida! First time homeowner who purchased a multi-unit with my boyfriend. We're renting out one unit to a longterm tenant and Airbnb'ing the other. We both work full time, regular 9-5 jobs. Wanted to know how to best navigate tax season given our situation? I am leaning towards finding a good CPA who might be familiar with real estate etc for our first go around to make sure we do everything correctly come April.

Does anyone have good resources to share on this topic

Thank you!

Thank you, everyone! Have used TurboTax and Quickbooks in the past for my own personal taxes, didn’t realize those could be used in this case as well. Sounds like a CPA might be handy has well. We only have the one property and have been pretty diligent about the account for this place and recording expenses etc. - will look into that statute as well.

Really appreciate the quick and helpful responses. Always great to hear from a panel of pros as you’re trying to research/make a decision. Thanks again and happy holidays!
