I'm really liking the Facebook advertising platform more and it's proving to be better targeted than Adwords PPC.

Hi Karen, I used to be a social media community manager and like Hootsuite for posting to multiple SM platforms. 

I'm from Zionsville Indiana and I just wanted to introduce myself and start getting involved in this wonderful real estate platform. 

Dedicate some time each day to do so. 

The state also is making it very hard for platform operators to use their exemption because they want a "separate site" for this activity.  

Sometimes it's easier to get rid of herp*s than to sell a house in Spain (sorry for the metaphor).It should also be borne in mind that buy to let business in EU is on the decline, unless you are prepared to invest in Russian South, which is, perhaps, the safest and fastest growing location in Europe :-)Finally, look for a reliable international property broker (online auction platform).

Look up @Matt Rodak and his company for some ideas of the crowdfunding structure/platform.
