You can make the same claim about any governing organization.

I graduated in 2010 from the school of architecture.I believe some upstate members are organizing a meet up in Greenville at the Coffee Underground.In what capacity are you, or do you plan to get involved in REI?

It is used by low income non-profit organizations in providing home ownership programs.

The group was organized by local realtor company and a GC.

My wife and I recently had a kid so I've put a hold on organizing meetups for awhile.

There's a bunch of them out there, try to go to the ones that don't promote sales (non profits).For wholesaling there's a ton of good podcasts, but I haven't seen too many books on it.2) Sean Terry, Todd Toback, Andy MacFarland, Just Colby - all wholesalers.3) Get on some wholesalers VIP buyers lists just to see how they notify their buyers and what they analyze.  4) Network with other wholesalers by calling all the we buy houses signs that you see

Why don't you take the reigns and organize one?
