Help & Idea's on Finding Properties for Nonprofits (Dallas, TX)

Hi All,

I have been researching and planning in order to help locate and purchase locations for the dreams of two ladies to start their own individual non profits. One for autistic children and another for women who are struggling severely. 

I would love to gather idea's on how I would be able to locate possible properties? 

Maybe idea's on a direction I maybe able to take in order to start the process  that fit the above criteria.
