Hi @Brie Schmidt @Ronald Perich and @Roy N. , Thanks for chiming in so quickly.I should clarify that I read the BP Beginner's Ultimate Guide but had not found the one for rental properties; it's next on my reading list.

For example you can tell them you have a Real Estate holding company that will buy n number of properties under separate LLC's.

We educate / We mentor / our trainees find the deals - we analyze the deal together. if we decide to fix n flip - we share the net profits - this is a way to get great training!!
