My main concern is that it is in a "flood zone" although it RARELY floods.

Once you hire a main cleaner you trust you won't need to inspect every time.

The right to sell houses for other people is the main benefit.

Mainly just family and work friends.

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

Main interest is in cash flow properties in stable areas.Look forward to talking with some of you!

If anyone has any advice for me of the main parts I should study I would greatly appreciate it!

We don’t feel as though these properties would work for fix and flip investors mainly because of the area but we are thinking of negotiating seller finance and putting about 3k into repairs and using them as rentals.

I could use a little help and motivation with keeping on track as well since this is a side venture and is not replacing my main source of income at the moment. :)If you are interested, PM me and I'll share my contact info.
