I am currently in need of a new furnace and air conditioning unit on my primary residence and wondered if anyone had recommendations for a company to have this quoted and installed by in the Columbus OH area.

At best I install some outlets, replace lights and have been known to install boxes and rough in for my electrician.

In the case that they needed materials ahead of time (like fixtures, outlets, etc), I ended up purchasing the materials myself and asking the subcontractors to install them.

cheapest way to find out is hire a framer they frame houses all day if it is load bearing you can  get a wooden load bearing beam at your  local  hardware store you  just have to order it and at the same time they will tell you what they charge  u to install

Went to pull out the old dishwasher and realized that they installed the tile floor after the dishwasher was in place.

If not you will need to have septic and well installed.  

I'm wondering a few things, but mostly has anyone done this and how much more (in %) they were able to get for their units after installing them? 

Something simple and fairly straightforward would be to use a Wordpress installation.  

I like the floating floors due to ease of installation and it's not near as messy as the glue down floors. 

Lowes and Home Depot both have quality vanities for about $200 with everything include and you should be able to get installed for $100.
