David, there is to much diference in these numbers, did the offer say conv. or FHA financing, if you have realistic better comps you can ask for file to be reveiewed but you need the appraiser to admit to not having the adequate comps, the underwriter has to aprove and then it has to be aproved by vicepresident of operations, all 3 have to agree, i can't say impossible but 99.9% that it won't happen, you can try conventional if buyers qualify and want.
