I know this method isn't for everyone but I try to be a human as much as a business man.  

I'm really restraining myself like a decent human being because I could get really barbaric on you right now.ANYWAY... let me return to the ranks of the normal people and provide my opinion on this post.

There is a human element to this story, and if at all possible, I want to help them.

Some possible things to consider Mike Dymski before trying to discredit another human being.What I am hearing is that I need to be more stealth in my approach, so it sounds like I need to be more of a private investigator!

People just worry to much about profits and forget that the people in Bridgeport are humans to.

Otherwise take some time to volunteer for Habitat For Humanity.  

I understand that I'm short on hard capital, but I have plenty of human capital.

You will discover things about humanity that will be discouraging, depressing, and disgusting.

My upwardly mobile tenants don't see me as "the man", they see I'm a human, and we get along fine. 

So if anyone thinks that you always get the right answer just because it's from an attorney, better realize we are all human and make mistakes....last time I heard, professional liabilty insurance for attorneys was not cheap, yet they are rarely sued in my area..
