Also take a hard look at the university is it one of the state schools that enrollment is dropping?

Right now we moved closer to my job and the kids are going to school half an hour away.

Schools are not teaching trades so the skilled labor is now being done by those who have very little experience.

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.

I plan on focusing on the buy and hold strategy to create passive income starting with residential properties and one day graduating into commercial multi-family properties.  

I’ve shared what I’ve been learning with my soon to be high school graduate who has been motivated in evaluating properties with the calculators and wanting to look at houses.He plans on attending college on the fall and wants to house hack and rent the rooms to other college students.

However, it is located in an area with an excellent school district that has seen steady appreciation. 

School ranking are much better in Folsom or Rocklin.

My husband is about to graduate Army boot camp and we should be getting stationed at Fort Campbell (on the border of Oak Grove, KY and Clarksville, TN).
