There's an Amazon fulfillment center coming with 1,000 jobs and a new Aerospace Corp facility coming in 2022 that will need 200 highly-paid engineers and technical experts -- just to a name a few of the companies relocating here.

What has been encouraging there is the opening of the Golden Knights practice facility.

We are currently purchasing multi family buildings and self storage facilities in SC.

We are thinking that the best route is to build a single family residence on one of the parcels , with placement considering future development, and create two assisted living facilities out of the existing rambles.
