STR/MTR market is pretty strong I would generally say from my experience doing STR most of your bookings will come from the weekends.

In contrast, volatile markets experience significant price fluctuations due to economic sensitivity and high levels of speculation, leading to potential affordability issues and market corrections.

I have handled a few evictions over the years and even with my 20 years of experience in property management will hire an attorney to facilitate the eviction process.

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.
