I am a licensed master electrician, I work for a contractor (great pay, benefits, work truck, etc..) but also own a fully licensed and insured electrical contracting company I basically have just set up (been open 3 years) but no time to do anything with because I am constantly working on both houses.

The building has no house panel, so installation is going to be expensive any way you look at it.My question here is are the older battery powered detectors "grandfathered", or will I need to upgrade the detectors immediately.

So focus on your job and doing all you can for your customers and get it right and you won't have to worry about a check.He also stressed over and over and over about how easy it is for a Realtor to end up in prison for loan fraud, misrepresentation, not doing his job right, etc, etc, etc.I plan to do everything in my power to get it right, not just for myself or for the check but I sincerely want to help people get their future homes.Sorry for your problems and good luck in the future transactions!

Maybe if you were to phrase this as I have "BLANK" (weather it be free time or man power) to help any experienced investor doing "BLANK" (whatever it is you want to learn) you would have a solid shot at finding a mentor in your area that is already doing what it is that you want to learn.

I m not sure why the current owner has them rented lower, but the area and condition of the units can support $825 with tenants paying for electric only.
