7/16/17 - Stopped at the house and it is drying out very nicely.

Account Closed  not sure those areas are subject to draught conditions like the west coast.but U take the Marina's on Lake Mead and Shasta and some of the other big reservoirs of the west the marinas were all high and dry last 3 to 5 years .. now with CA getting record rain they are back in business :)  but good point if the lake is man made

Fixing dry wall is easier, replacing appliances are cheaper, and finding a replacement tenant is easier with a lower quality home.  

Whence does the fish rot?

The backing board that was there was totally rotted and eaten up by termites, it became swiss cheese. 

If the roof goes bad 7 years sooner than expected, and insurance doesn't help you out, your roof escrow account will probably run dry pretty quick and you will need to fork over cash out of your personal pocket.To me, it seems like keeping a budget nearby (such as directly below your excel income statement) is going to serve the purpose you're needing.  

.), rotting wood under front door, horrible texture on walls on top of wallpaper that made prepping the walls extremely tedious, subflooring replace in bathroom and hall, windows and seals needing replaced (new that), and detached garage siding totally rotted.Numbers: First noticed when seller moved asking price to 26.5k (from original 34k).

All autopays have been cancelled and it's amazing how many of those we had that were sucking us dry.

This is a great time to sell if you already own there and wait for the money to dry up.

I ordered the calyx software so I can do some dry runs this week and get way more comfortable with everything.So is the broker fee split between company and MLO or does the company make money some other way?
