There are no improvements on the land and is bordered by a rail line, road and two other parcels. 

It's a pain in the neck to get to thanks to the border, both to get in Canada and then into the USA...and of course back again. 

my wife and I are looking to invest in multi family properties in Delaware.

We are located in Seacoast, NH (I need to update my profile now that we aren't in Maine anymore, although we are less than a mile from the border so I still consider myself a partial Mainer).

I was currently looking into mastic bordering center moriches which has some cheaper properties that need some work, but I'm sceptical about whether I would be able to sell the property as mastic isn't the best area on the island.
