Cheaper rent means cheaper property value, under which the rents can be tweaked a little with small improvements to get a greater return, like Donald Trump's book The Art of the Deal shows.I think people are starting off looking at too big of a sale, rather than getting into small and medium sized rentals that are less costly and easier to manage, especially when it comes to evictions.
