Too cheap and you'll have the same stuff going on as now (but with more revenue perhaps) but too expensive and you may turn people off that feel they can contribute and have the right intentions, but have never done a deal as a result of BP yet (and maybe it's not about that for them).=)

If you meet someone you like and trust (very important), and you yourself have some money you wish to invest I am sure you will be able to find someone who does deals and would be willing to split profits with you depending on your capital contribution.

You might want to check into a LP (Limited Partnership) Limited Partners contribute money to the LP but do not take part in the business operation at all.
