@Fausto Carosella I always enjoy expensive adult beverages since I like my wine and bubbles but as @Bryce Sawyer mentioned, it does not work for everyone.

It's a hard mindset to change when you have spent a good chunk of your adult life getting out of debt.

I grew up in a smoking household and I know what it was like to live with smokers.  3 of 7 of us smoke as adults.

Funny enough, I used to live on Beacon HIll too as a young adult which has changed tremendously since I was a kid.

I just saw an article this morning that we have a record number of adult children still living with their parents, more than ever before.

If you start thinking what would be important to achieve in 30 years (i.e. for your children adult life) you get to a completely different set of issues, we are not even talking about. 

I think I am moving to rentprep for screening, it is a little more expensive for the applicants but I can't really see an extra 10/adult scaring someone off and if money is that tight anyway it may not be a good fit.  

Also, Scottsdale has a law in place that restricts short-term rentals from allowing more than 6 adults to stay at a time (unlimited dependents of these adults allowed). 

Its interesting to think how you and the world will be different 5-10 years down the line.Just driving my Tesla on auto pilot and knowing the software will allow full self driving is amazing.. having been a pilot for most of my adult life I am very familiar with auto pilots in planes .. and how great they work when they are working right.. 

Most of us (say ~30 and under) have never woken up one day as adults with the market being worse than it was the day before.
