The only reason I've heard of Morris Illinois, is beacuse our family used to drive to central Illinois to camp and boat, and Morris is directly on Route 47.Are you currently investing in Chicago or near you in Joilet Account Closed?

You'll have to forgive me as I'm not familiar with the Tucson market, but would this be something of interest to you? 

I know my value in bringing the deal, managing approvals and minor renos and having the team to get this done quickly. 

Is it good idea to do this project spending about 10k now.
