It's best to check with the housing authority responsible for manufactured housing in the area(s) you're planning to work in regarding required paperwork for title transfers. 

Since both Tiny Homes and MHP are manufactured homes, I tend to look at them through a similar lens.

We had population declines when the auto manufacturing declined in the area, leaving behind more houses than families.As a result, there are lot of low priced homes available in decent rental areas.

The bottom line is, to me, is that Scranton has attractive, if deteriorating, housing stock, several colleges, and service/manufacturing industries nearby.

@Ben LeybovichThere is a very large hospital, university of about 9000 students, a few mines, and a growing number of businesses taking roots in our area providing engineering and manufacturing jobs.

@Jeff Piscioniere yes TCL is a great brand - they are actually the largest TV manufacturer in China and are making some inroads into the USA.  

All rich international student around with their Bentley, Ferrari....I still remember one of the most fancy mall Fashion Island, one of the biggest mall in USA, SouthCoast Plaza, and one of the best medical school UCI, there's Johnwayne airport, And many many medical manufacturing surround there, Christmas boat parade,......
