It would be nice to have a visual of the issue.

If the issue was not obvious on visual inspection, and the AC functioned using NOC (normal operating controls) then you don't have a case against the inspector either.

As an OOS investor myself I have been to MKE plenty of times but I would not trust my memory to a a visual look around to judge a neighborhood.  

CASHFLOW: This can be dynamic due to the ability to add value to a community thus increasing rental income or to add other operational efficiencies, all leading to higher cash flow to the passive investors in the deal2.

In the past I have gone in as a contractor or as a person from the management company looking to take over to conduct a visual inspection. 

@Jonathan C. establishing contact with the local economic development committee can be a valuable resource when understanding the dynamics of employment, how many permits are being pulled and in what areas.

What do people look at for dynamics of a town to determine if the location is going to stay steady or if the newly developed apartment complexes will create a "renters market" and in turn decline rent?
