I was kind of confused what you were getting at @Ryan Phillips and I know we both saw the whole investing instead of wholesaling clarity but at the same time, what he said is brilliant!

I think you need a goal with more clarity.  

Hi @Reggie Maggard,I have been seeing more and more property managers using video walkthroughs in their listings.

I would also do a walk through video and get on camera the condition of place bc if you plan on keeping any of that money you have to be able to prove it if needed.

However, you make a good point that tenants may have an expectation and I would need to provide clarity if to pursue this.
