Hi @Minh Nguyen Good to see you are doing the steps to invest in your future. 

This could lead to a future event that optionee comes up and buy my property at a stipulated price.Currently, I have heard a few things:- Title company: they say there have been a few transactions after this Option, there should be no issue, but this is not covered by insurance- an unpaid legal advice from a local lawyer: this is a defected title, should cancel the purchase- Realtor: we will try to remove this, but this is not an important issue- Realtor friends: No.

I'll be sure to come back for any future questions.

In the near future I may do some long term traveling away from home.

You don't have to be a PM forever, but get through some tough situations with tenants so that you can manage your relationship with your future PM in a meaningful way.

I will focus on small multifamily properties and single family homes in the short term and possibly trade them in Monopoly boardgame style for a larger apartment complex in the future.
