Help a newbie please

Hi all, I'm interested in learning about REI from setting up an LLC, flipping homes and buying rentals for cash flow. I've read several books on taxes, starting corporations and investing in RE, but still has that voice inside of me that's affecting my confidence. I was wondering if there are people from Columbia or Lexington, SC who hold regular local meetings so I can get to meet people who can help educate me. Thanks all..
