The property is in a foreign country (EU member) that does not seem to offer the kind of cost segregation studies that are common in the US.

I discovered BP a few years ago and wished I had found it sooner as well.  

A study came out, I think on Friday, that estimates 1.4% but we aren’t really going to know for sure until more testing is done.
