What actually are those issues, is it a software problem?

I am a new investor, building a $4.8 million rental townhouse development.

I’m curious because I’m tired of collecting rent in cash, face to face... i also don’t want to pay a property manager  There are dozens of property management software that are cheap that allow online payments via ACH, credit card, and others. 

Anyone found software or an online tool that can do this?

There is free landlord software out there that will provide you with online applications and screenings as well as market syndication so your property is posted to all of the major listing sites. 

I am becoming more and more interested in flipping, investing and or even working with investors/developers. 

There are pockets of Detroit that are receiving funding to develop connection throughways into downtown. 

Yeah the moving every 3 months fits into my current lifestyle well and I have plans in motion outside of real estate to develop a community in each location. 

Would urge you to develop your knowledge and firm up your investment criteria before deciding what route to pursue.
