As a result, both because a purchaser’s right to litigate a cancellation without the benefit of an injunction will often be uncertain and because an injunction provides a second chance to cure the default if the defense fails, purchasers will still almost always be well-advised to, if possible, procure an injunction in connection with contesting the cancellation of a contract for deed or a purchase agreement.Every state has different laws, and some don't even allow contract for titles in the case of manufactured homes being sold and financed sans real estate.

If the site works, I can always refine my design as necessary to fit within the county's guidelines…@Lynn Currie Walking away from this specific lot will be easy if it can't support the project I'm intending but the location is almost unbeatable for my specific desires (this is an owner/occupant new construction build for me, not a grand scale development real estate investment).

If they feel this new guy is coming in demanding top market rent to live in a so, so complex they will leave.This is all a science to it but generally property managers are doing this on a larger scale I see with hundreds of units.
