I did send an email to the contractor asking if this project could be started and I would stay with him if he can but I’m getting really nervous as this properties neighborhood has had very few rentals for a long time but I am seeing what I think are Airbnb owners starting to list their houses as a regular rental which given the current situation I get.

It requires an attorney to do your paperwork because a sub 2 deal cannot be dont with just a regular purchase and sale agreement.

;-) Sounds great...right up to the point where:1 - the pet owner gets a new pet...2 - or adds one so the original pet isn't alone all day and pees all over.3 - or that small pet gets replaced by a larger one4 - or has babies5 - ...and the list goes on and onYou can write whatever you want into the lease, and it will have little effect, and almost impossible to monitor and then enforce.Dogs bark.

And I feel Pawtucket always benefits from being closest to Boston and having a good mix of rental units and regular owner occupied properties (it varies by neighborhood of course).As far as "inside information", I'm not sure there's a lot of that to go around, especially these days where every week brings new economic developments and we're still seeing how things are going to shake out, how long this will last and what the effects will be (short and long term).

You'll have to monitor it if you don't know or trust the person but that's the only way I can think of.
