One way you could check to see if units are renting in a certain area is to look at a website like Facebook marketplace and look at how long the apartment listings have been sitting on the website.

Bergen is definitely very hot.The bottom line is you need to reduce the price if you've been sitting for 4 months.

Whether that be the trends of rising or falling prices, if homes are selling quick or sitting on the market, or how many listings and homes under contract there are.
