I have many others, but that deal was not the biggest or most profitable, but the most out of the box type with so many players and it's the most gratifying, there are a bunch of little kids playing out there now!

This property is just to the NE of Orlando in Sanford, which is about a 30 min drive from where my parents live.But I am finally getting to the point where I don't have a "team" but do have enough of the key players identified to get things done with less need for me being there.On this one I found the property and talked to the realtor, who I will likely keep using if I need a realtor in that area or the East side of Orlando.My Mom did go look at the property and dropped off the EMD for me just to verify the general condition of the property.I have a contractor that did a major rehab on another property for me last year.
