Seeking a start in real estate investing

I am new to BP and My brother and I are looking to structure real estate deals in the Indianapolis area. I need more guidance on seeking out potentially profitable deals quickly and using listing services and building a real estate investing team. We acquired our first property three years ago in Bloomington, IN and we want to use the proceeds to invest in more rentals and potentially flips. Look forward to great mentorship and advice.

The Indianapolis inventory is VERY low right now and it's hard to find deals [they are out there, however].

Have you concidered staying in the Bloomington/Martinsville area? I've had some recent success in those areas including Mooresville as well,.
