What would be good way to structure deal and if there are any equity backed crowdfunding platform where one can advertise such deals?

Platforms like Note Dash Board and Notewerx are great when you have a team that you need to deploy over a large amount of assets. 

It is a great platform to share and enhance your REI knowledge.

Properties with older loans could have been paid off and the reconveyance was not recorded or the mortgage has been paid down over time, also the value is incorrect in the software/platform you are generating the data out of.  

I was curious about anyone's experience or perspective on investing in specific deals offered by the crowd funding platforms, vs investing in real estate investment funds (which are also offered periodically.)I spoke with one real estate private equity head who related it to the difference between buying an individual stock vs investing in a sector specific mutual fund.

I am more than willing to earn my learning I am motivated I am dedicated and dependable.

Perhaps there might be a response from others who either operate or utilize a crowd funding platform as there are some similarities.  

Plenty of time to dedicated to loan requests in processing, but many loan requests will never get to the processing stage.

I want to quit because I need to dedicate on my RE business.Currently I spend half day communicating with them and also other relevant parties. and another half day doing my IT work for client.
