The parks are now take a couple hours a week for management and people in the park are always willing to help out. 

It is important that you make connections with people who are your "boots on the ground" in the regions you are wholesaling in.

There's a lot of people who have an appetite for it and are successful but with that clientele the risk increases.

I know people that live in Fayetteville, TN and make the drive for example.

The whole point of Airbnb/VRBO is regular people are supposed to be able to rent their places, and those people make mistakes (especially on VRBO's garbage website).

Tenants probably don't want to get their landlord mad at them and they don't know the people walking through.Ask Seller/Landlord if tenant is current on rent and how much they are paying.
