Im more a hands on learning definitely and as far as living in a unit i couldn't yet because its out of the kids school district  plus the limited space. but thats the goal, to buy a small air or inn to manage and run for work while still renting in our district and then looking to buy since we're renters again!

Hands down one of the most efficient ways of learning the ins and outs of real estate investing without taking on to much at once. 

My goal for the team would be to have one project under-way by EOY.The exit-strategy of each deal will be dependent on location, market data, and ROI comparisons to determine the best route forward for the team and our goals at the time.

Those who excel are generally focused on specific asset types whether it be Restaurant/Hospitality; Office, Industrial etc.

I'm not sure if this is part of the "Find Deals" feature here on BP, as I haven't used it myself.

Plus you can get 30 year loans instead of 5-7 year loans you would get on 5 units or more.
