It gives me time to think before I respond.I'm opening to listening why texting may not be a good idea though. downside to it can be, Thai they will much quicker complain through text on any small nonsense, than making an official phonecall to explain that they have this [not] issue.

The concerning thing is that the bill language states it is the landlord's financial oblligation to remediate, but does not specify anything different if the tenant brought the bedbugs to the premis.

I always include assigned parking spaces as part of my lease for multi-family buildings for just this kind of issue.Once the lease in place expires, replace with your own (preferably MTM) that has language addressing this.

I think the biggest hangup is the AOS was written up when the property was still under construction and, now that it is finished, it is awkward due to the unnecessary clauses and sections.Where I am getting hung up is, the language is not that nebulous inside the AOS provided.

So for that buyer segment, an official ADU isn't necessarily required but a suite with a separate entrance on a different level is ideal. 

I think we definitely need to change the language on our requirements page as well, though I'm wondering how many people even read that far when filling out our initial form.
