I'm looking to refinance my existing investment property to purchase one in Pittsburgh for the purpose of short term rental am crazy to do it in the current market situation with Airbnb being what it is ? 

Should work for conventional except the oven situation.

This is the situation in Reno, NV right now the cash flow is not huge like in the Midwest but the appreciation is strong because there was limited new construction over the last few years.

I would ask about their processes and ensure that you either agree or are on the same page on what they will do in certain situations.

Not a terrific deal though it’ll free up some cash flow from my current renting situation which is always welcome. 

On multiple occasions we were told that after closing we would be able to rearrange the draw schedule as we needed.

I have two people in one unit who have told me they prefer to put ALL their clothes in one big cycle at the laundromat and simply pay $8-10 for the wash and a couple dollars for the dry so they only have to do one load and spend only an hour and 15 minutes doing it as opposed to 4-5 hours for multiple loads in my cheaper machine.

This topic can be very specific to each person's situation. 

I was careful to select another contractor because I didn't want to end up in the same situation again.
