Hi, I just purchased my first commercial property in a medical complex here in Arizona and found out it's hard to get insurance when it's vacant and being renovated.

I have thought for a long time there should be a website where investors could go to record their results with their syndication investments.And there should be one for your results with your doctors too.I don't know of either, and with syndications it's not quite as simple as saying this one is the best, you have investment minimums, fees, general partner vs limited partner split, experience, location, and a bunch of other factors so no two are alike.

Hello all, new to the boards here, I have a question re my IRA and tax penalty -  did a 50K draw (60 day rollover) from my IRA (Traditional) to cover some credit card debt and medical bills and had planned to redeposit it within the 60 days to avoid the penalty by using a HELOC & applied at my bank. 

By necessary I mean medical bills, adoption fees, not a new couch because yours was old.

So is food,, education, medical, dental etc. basically core services. 

There are no 100% loans for this type of deal unless you are a doctor, dentist, veterinarian with an established practice.

We are looking for a little passive income in a semi liquid investment in case a medical emergency comes about.
