Commercial Building Insurance, etc.

Hi, I just purchased my first commercial property in a medical complex here in Arizona and found out it's hard to get insurance when it's vacant and being renovated. Can anyone recommend a good property insurance? There are two prospective businesses to rent when done already (one's mine). Thank you.
