This particular search found the following (off the top of my head): HOT wires loose under the insulation in the attic; non-working plugs and switches throughout the house; numerous aesthetic QC issues; showers/sinks with no hot water owing to incorrect plumbing; a hot wire SPLICED INTO A METAL LAMP CORD found in the attic… In a nutshell, his entire house had to be rewired because Bob had turned it into a FIRETRAP; on top of this, two dishwashers were “removed for faulty (insert excuse here)” and replaced with inferior models, in addition to a stove, during the three or so week period.Now, let’s go back to my place.

I have arranged for numerous disability related accommodations over the years.Based on my experience, I believe a person with a legitimate disability and a real need for an accommodation would most likely approach this differently than your tenant did.

Numerically speaking, the numbers sound great, but being that's so cheap and in a rougher area so the numbers can be over inflated when you don't take into account tenant issues, maitenance, and possible turn over.

However, be careful of that part of you that was willing to put your neck in the guillotine because you didn't want to start your business out by breaking a contract (a fraudulent one)If you had gone through with that deal it would feel to me as if I was watching someone who just got mugged apologize to the mugger for not making the situation easier for him and then inviting him to continue!

I can tell you 100% that I wouldn't want you to film ANYTHING that me or my company does because that would invite more (new) competition, and generally the competition bids quite stupidly because they have overvalued the subject property.
