I guess at the end of the day with any investment it's all about how much you are willing to Grind and put into it.

Like I mentioned - because it's open to all, you get plenty of signal and plenty of noise.

No one will ever work as hard as you and you really learn tons from just dealing with minor stuff(parking, noise complaints, etc)
